Elvis Hedji

Elvis Hedji; holds a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) National “D” coaching license and a B.S. in Marketing from Davis and Elkins College. He heads the U9 age group with Jouons FC and lends his expertise to Maret School.

As a player, he played at Davis & Elkins College and represented local High School, Woodrow Wilson. He currently maintains his shape playing with Capital City FC of the Washington Premier League (WPL)


Cedric Mansaray

Cedric Mansaray heads the U12 boys travel side for Jouons. He hails from Liberia and is a defensive expert. He has been with Jouons since 2014. When Cedric isn't coaching, he owns and operates a local business that specializes in commercial maintenance. Cedric also plays with local amateur team Screaming Eagles. He holds a USSF D license.


Benjamin Denhez

Benjamin Denhez; holds a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) National “E” coaching license and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from ICAM University in France. Before coaching for Jouons Soccer, Ben coached several youth teams in his hometown of Toulouse, France. An avid Soccer fan, he adores the passing game. His favorite players are Zidane and Shevchenko.

“Benji” has been playing soccer for over 20 years and has had the opportunity to play different positions on the field. He was selected several times for his County team (Ariege) for Inter-County tournaments. His last club before moving to the US was Beauzelle AC, one of the top teams in Toulouse, they won the 2010 championship, with an outstanding record; best attack, best defense and undefeated, this bumped the side to a higher division. Currently, coach Denhez plays for Capital City FC (2012 WISL Champions) making his mark on the game with his European style of play. Coach Denhez is yet another part of Jouons’s diverse culture; which brings excellent exposure to Jouons FC players.


Jordan Tapia

Jordan Tapia; holds a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) National “D” coaching license, and a B.S. in Accounting from American University. He works with the Jouons U9's and heads Jouons clinics; He also works with The Maret School. During the summer he works on the training staff at A.C. Milan Juniors and has previously been a part of the coaching staff at Real Maryland FC (PDL) as well as a contributor to soccer abroad in Haiti.

As a player, he played alongside Elvis Hedji representing Woodrow Wilson SHS as well as Potomac Soccer Club. In college, he played two years at Immaculata University in Pennsylvania then with the Rockville Rangers U23 program.


Daniel Barros

Daniel Barros works with the Jouons FC U8/U9 program. He brings his Brazilian style of play to the game, often demonstrating and lecturing on the meaning of "Joga Bonito." Daniel has been with Jouons since 2014. He holds a USSF E license.  

 Mohamed Barrie

Christian Vanegas

Coach Christian Vanegas; has many years of experience on the youth level. He previously worked with Virginia Rush Athletic Club, before joining Jouons. He holds an A.A. in Accounting from MC and is a dedicated member of the U.S Navy.

Coach Vanegas has had over 20 years of playing experience from the likes of Navy Soccer leagues to U.S Men’s Amateur leagues. He attended the local Theodor Roosevelt H.S, where he helped the team to attain the 2001 H.S Champions title. Now a core member of Capital City F.C, he trains on a weekly basis and competes with the Men’s team in the First division of the WPL (Washington Premier League).
